Messerne var store og involverede alle de store destinationer, flyselskaber og rejsevirksomheder i Nordeuropa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der var mange, der havde brugt en mindre formue p\u00e5 deres stand, hvilket s\u00e5 imponerende ud. Men n\u00e5r vi kigger p\u00e5 den kreative tilgang til marketing, <em><strong>var vi skuffede, da der n\u00e6rmest ikke var noget digitalt &#8216;touch&#8217; ved nogle af deres marketing materialer.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Form\u00e5let med at have en stand er at m\u00f8de folk, kigge dem i \u00f8jenene, skabe en <em>connection<\/em> og f\u00e5 dem til at v\u00e6lge dig, n\u00e5r de n\u00e5r til at booke deres rejse om nogle m\u00e5neder. En utrolig kompetitiv situation, hvorfor vi var overraskede over, at alle var g\u00e5et med den samme traditionelle papirbrochure,  da det er velkendt, at de ikke er effektive p\u00e5 den lange bane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Faktum er, at 34% af alle folk nu booker rejser fra deres mobil, og 40% bruger deres mobil til at finde informationer*. Det er en k\u00e6mpe mulighed for marketingfolk.<\/em><\/strong> <em>*IBT World Travel Monitor<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/triptale.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/tumblr_fe7213690fe3bda914ee7f03fe307df6_015d3704_500.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle de, der havde udstillinger, havde et v\u00e6ld af fysiske brochurer &#8211; alle smukke og farverige materialer &#8211; hvilket ville v\u00e6re fremragende marketing, hvis det ikke var fordi, folk smider dem v\u00e6k, efter de har l\u00e6st dem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En stor fordel, som digital marketing har over fysisk materiale, er den lange levetid.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 snart en potentiel kunde har downloadet informationen om dig og dine tilbud til deres telefon, er det muligt for dem at finde dig igen. Denne lille detalje er ekstremt vigtig fordi: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>N\u00e5r tilbud og services minder s\u00e5 meget om hinanden, er det sv\u00e6rt for kunden at huske, hvem der tilb\u00f8d hvad. Dette g\u00f8r sig b\u00e5de g\u00e6ldende efter en stor messe og efter at have kigget p\u00e5 nettet<\/li><li>De fleste vil booke flere m\u00e5neder efter, at de har m\u00f8dt dig. Til den tid har de glemt hvem, der havde tilbuddet, destinationen &#8211; og m\u00e5ske endda ogs\u00e5 dit virksomhedsnavn<\/li><li>Folk mister brochurer eller smider dem v\u00e6k, men<\/li><li>Op til 80% af folk sletter aldrig en app, n\u00e5r den f\u00f8rst er p\u00e5 telefonen.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Digital marketing trumfer, n\u00e5r det kommer til fleksibilitet og besparelser.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I stedet for at producere dyre brochurer, der bliver <em>outdated<\/em>, eller ikke rammer som tilsigtet, er en app fleksibel (okay, m\u00e5ske ikke alle apps, men en app, der er lavet med Triptale, er). Appen kan opdateres med nyt indhold for at holde den up-to-date, eller man kan erstatte indhold, hvis det viser sig ikke at v\u00e6re effektivt. Dette giver marketingchefer muligheden for at teste forskelligt materiale og forskellige segmenter. P\u00e5 lang sigt giver en app ogs\u00e5 betydelige \u00f8konomiske besparelser p\u00e5 at printe, da en app kan distribueres igen og igen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som et alternativ til store katalogier (som folk alligevel ikke kan lide at b\u00e6re rundt p\u00e5), <strong><em>foresl\u00e5r vi en lillebitte brochure formet som en app<\/em><\/strong>, som opfordrer folk til at downloade appen, n\u00e5r de har tid. Det er meget mere sandsynligt, at de vil tage denne lille brochure frem for et stort katalog &#8211; men det giver dig mulighed for at give dem lige s\u00e5 meget information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/triptale.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/tumblr_a9bab47870bd18f9db04d7fc0a570d57_dc726f8b_500.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>N\u00e5r du f\u00f8rst har en app p\u00e5 folks telefoner, har du foden inden for d\u00f8ren<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; og du kan starte med at opbygge en relation. Det er en helt anden historie, som vi vil tale om i et andet blog post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da vi kiggede p\u00e5 de mange bunker af papirbrochurer til messerne, kunne iv ikke lade v\u00e6re med ogs\u00e5 at t\u00e6nke p\u00e5 alle de regnskove, der kunne v\u00e6re reddet, og hvor bedre resultater, rejsevirksomhederne kunne have f\u00e5et, hvis de havde promoveret at downloade deres app med informationer og tilbud i stedet.
