Men hvordan g\u00f8r man det? N\u00e5r du pr\u00f8ver at hj\u00e6lpe kunder efterladt i et usikkert milj\u00f8, hvor de kan f\u00f8le sig stressede eller endda bange, er hurtig kommunikation vigtig, hvilket g\u00f8r mobilkommunikation til det overlegne valg, da de har deres telefoner p\u00e5 sig, men har muligvis ikke adgang internet eller mulighed for at g\u00e5 i receptionen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:29px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Direkte meddelelser er den mest p\u00e5lidelige form for kommunikation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under en krise er bedste m\u00e5de at bruge direkte underretninger til alle rejsende. Dette skal leveres via SMS, s\u00e5 du er ikke afh\u00e6ngig af wifi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du skal oprette et SMS-system p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd, s\u00e5 du har et system klar til brug i tilf\u00e6lde af en n\u00f8dsituation. Disse systemer er nemme at ops\u00e6tte og opkr\u00e6ves typisk pr.
